12 Farnsworth Project – Boston, MA

This project consisted of fabricating and installing en elevated structural sidewalk system and canopy. The steel members are color galvanized which adds tremendous protection against the elements with a clear/crisp look. The railing system incorporates stainless steel pipe rails, stainless steel “web net” mesh and color galvanized steel. The elevated sidewalk is constructed of a structural steel metal deck with a precast apron. The columns are comprised of split beams, angles and turnbuckles which are attached to the steel channels and are through-bolted to an interim structural truss system furnish and installed by MIW Corp.
